Different sensor types are available for different applications. Be sure to choose the correct variant for your application, i.e. common food applications:
- O2 optical sensor – Most food applications, except those which utilize alcohol
- O2 electrochemical sensor – All food applications, specifically those which utilize alcohol (i.e. fresh bread, fresh pasta)
- CO2 sensor – All applications where CO2 measurements are relevant
